Talk to the person who wrote it
Snoq is built by one developer. There is no support queue, no ticket number and no chatbot in front of him — but also no team, so replies are not instant.

A short form on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser and you do not need an account to use it.
Write directly
Use this if you would rather not fill in a form, or need to attach something.
[email protected]Before you write: the one thing support cannot do
If you have forgotten your Snoq password, your notes cannot be recovered — not by you, and not by us. There is no second copy of the key and no reset link, because there is no server holding either. That is the guarantee you installed the app for, and it has no exception for the person who wrote it.

Because the app sends us nothing, a bug report has to carry its own context. What you were doing, what happened, and your Windows version get to an answer fastest.

The address is a registered mail-forwarding office operated by BitQuail Sp. z o.o., used so that a sole developer does not have to publish a home address. BitQuail provides that service only — it does not build, own or support Snoq, and it cannot answer questions about it. Post sent there reaches Vladyslav; anything you need a reply to is faster by email.
